Mineral water with a splash of apple juice

SNACK
Cup of cottage cheese, 6 cherry tomatoes

DINNER
White fish filet with scallions and pine nuts
6 cherry tomatoes
Half a red bell pepper

BEFORE BED
Peppermint tea
Cookie
